Hi Gary193, i was walking through a new hampshire ave neighborhood one evening and came upon a chicago police car. that was an odd thing to see in Washington, DC. i said hi to the officers standing beside the car and they were friendly so we talked a bit. they said they were in town helping with 'something federal' and they gave me the two pins. they gave some out to other passers by also. Who knew cops could be so friendly?
