This phone is still works great! It was used by my son, and never taken out of the house. It comes with charger and box with instructions. The only thing is the little back covering for battery doesn't want to stay on. It fits in perfectly but you will have to place a piece of clear tape over it or something more creative you come up with. I haven't done that yet, leaving it up to the winner. Good battery life. I plugged it in to give it a full charge for the winner!

I do not know if it can be used with other carriers and will leave that up to you to find out. It does not have a sim card, you will need to use your own.
