I've used it for picture albums as well - like parties etc. Take a pic from the album to use as the cover

Its just like a label paper - I have gotten it at walmart - office depoe. Never tried staples but they may have it

Office supply - possibly walmart - its sticky paper like the kind you use for file labels etc

I believe it was XP I have Vista and have not tried it with that. Hope that helps
