Absolutely,it comes with case,and artwork-what you see in my above picture is what you get! :) .It was watched 2 times,and is like new condition-no scratches,no rips/tears/stains/ on the dvd cover or dvd itself.I only put quality stuff up here,nothing that I wouldnt want(in the sense that if its not acceptable to me,and I have high standards-I wouldnt put it up for bid) :)
