us gov. issued army boots. i assume they r mens but i bought them for myself at a vintage store. they say size 8 but they seem bigger than 8.

well it says 8 but im not positive because they r bigger than a womens 8. my husband wears a 12 and these boots r probably an 11 or 11 and a half in mens.
