This Coin was picked up at a gas station!!
It’s caught my eye this morning. I simply couldn’t believe it! There’s no way such a Gem, Proof coin survive in circulation for the last 50+ years. It’s certainly a Proof Coin. The fields are deeply reflective and not a spot! Except at 6 o’clock you can see one spot that doesn’t really add to the Coins beauty.
This honestly exceeds most Lincoln cents in my collection! But I figured I’d list it and see where it goes.
*Again ... I didn’t alter or tone this! It was picked up at Pilot Station in Steubenville Ohio last night in change! :)
This coin in this grade w/toning sells on the “other site” for $5 (raw) to $99 (cert.)
