will any camera work with it?

Yes and know. The 'docking' feature requires a compatible Kodak easyshare camera. I am not sure what models those might be. The cables are included to allow any camera to interface however.
Along with the instructions booklet.

SD Card: Pretty sure

I apologize but I never really used this printer because my SD card for my camera plugs into my laptop and I print it right from there. That is why I am selling this because I just don't have a use for it.
