I bought these items when Pearl Paint closed its doors in SF. But it's not something I think I'll use.
You receive 2 8-piece sets of chalk, the Chalklets Puffs in various sizes and a Chalklets tweezer for holding the puffs.

I think rubber stampers and artists/crafters use them for adding color and shadows to cards and scrapbook pages. Go on YouTube to see some demonstrations of how to use them.
