Merry christmas sweetie and a very happy new year! i am sorry, i can not bid on hardly anything on listia anymore. my caregiver son joe and i both now have serious health issues. our rent, utilities jumped up and were it not for food assistance, we would literally perish. my income of just over eight hundred a month, is close to our ils we have. beloved friends went together to buy me a refurbished computer, being disabled in bed is harder now. my liquid oxygen refill man said, i am still pretty though! lol his wife and sons came over one saturday, did our yard up and his wife straightened up my bedroom. then they bought "pizza!" he keeps offering for them to come by more and help us out! i always decline, his wife is a nurse, she works a lot and they have 5 boys and a one is a year and a half old baby. they do enough work in their life! they adopted two of them, his sister's sons. same agi as the two older sons. very kind "earthbound angels" just like "you!" i must go now, my son brought my meal and meds. i wanted to wish you a merry christmas! please drop a line and let me know how you are? know you are thought of in prayers and in my heart always. kind people like "you," make life better! please remember, be kind to yourself always, as you are to others! god grant you many, many blessings and many, many miracles each day ahead! so much love and huge warmest hugs, barbie xxoo <3 :)

Wow, you have a lot going on. It sounds like you are managing the best you can, and I hope you have some lovely things to look forward to this holiday season. We have wonderful family members and friends, and I'm glad to hear you do also!

I'm having fun but BOY has it been busy.

I'm taking grandma to the hairdresser today. She fell and fractured her skull in August and hasn't been able to get a haircut since. Needless to say she's kinda desperate ... and I let my hair grow out and I'm getting a cut today too ... we will BOTH be beautiful for Christmas!

My little girl in medical school came home yesterday, but of course went straight to her boyfriend's ... he had his tonsils out last Friday and so he's in rough shape, but she's coming home at least for a visit this afternoon ... can't wait!

All is well here in tinseltown ... I'm so blessed. And it's wonderful to have a lovely friend like you here on Listia.
