The listing, KEY DATE VF - EF FRANKLIN SILVER HALF DOLLAR has ended.
This auction is for the "KEY DATE" 1955 Franklin Silver Half Dollar.
This coin is somewhere between a Very Fine and Extra Fine grade. The Lines on the Liberty Bell, reverse side are still better than half displayed, but do show wear. It does look as though this coin at one point would have been a "Full Bell Lines" coin, and I would have loved to have seen it when it was still in Uncirculated condition.
I am not going to add a GIN on this auction to start, but if anyone wants to request one before the bidding begins, feel free to do so. Being a "Key Date" coin, it is getting to be a bit more scarce to find these days, especially with a decent grade/condition.
Thank you for your interest in my auction and stopping by to view it.

** EXTRA HOLIDAY NOTE **
The holidays are upon us again and the Post Office is having troubles getting items delivered.
When you do receive an item, I would appreciate it if you would, in a timely manner, mark the item as received so that I know I will not have to contact the P.O. in an attempt to find where it was mis-delivered. I use tracking on all auctions and if you follow it and see that an item shows delivery but you did not receive it, it would help greatly if you let me know so that the delivery person can be contacted while it may be fresh in their memory as to where it was mis-delivered to.
