Judd Rules! Volume 12 of 20. Dredd Rules! appeared as part of a revival of the Fleetway/Quality line in America in the early 1990s. It recolored and repackaged stories which originally ran in Britain’s 2000 AD, and presented them in a glossy format which was miles better than 2000 AD’s low-budget newsprint. The stories all featured Judge Dredd, a tough future cop who worked to keep society under control in the sprawling Mega-City One. For this series, Fleetway picked the 20 best of Dredd’s over 1,000 stories.
