honestly i dont know the months!! from the first picture it is, (left to right,) pink- rose/ october, yellow-topaz / november, blue-blue topaz / december, red- ruby / july
this is just a guess from what i found on google for colors of birth months.. hope it helps!

If it was sold as a "Mother's" ring, the stones would be real/look real to. I have one just like it except one stone different.
