The stones are Faux stones. Which from my understanding it could be either made of glass or plastic. That is all the company would tell me. I'm sorry I could not get a more direct answer.

The stones are not real on this one either. I do know that all of the necklaces nickle and lead free.

But the reason I am asking, is because I am looking for anything Fairy or Fairy Related, for my Great Aunt, as a Christmas gift for her, as she is absolutely obsessed with them!
