No Sorry it dose not . It uses AA batteries

Sorry No they don't . They use AA batteries the Mouse and Keyboard. If you look at the main Picture you'll see the antenna in the group picture. It is used to receive the singles from the keyboard and mouse

F&W is it possible to use just the mouse? (specifically on a lap top) or do they both have to be used together?

You can use the Mouse by it self but you must plug in the antenna as it dose not have a separate blue tooth USB plug
