Description

The listing, Rare coin tiered auction! Finally a chance to get coins never listed here before!!!! has ended.

I will start the bidding at 100 credits
coins will be as follows;
100-200 silver dime
201-400 two proof Jefferson nickels
401-500 silver quarter at least 75 years old
501-750 Indian head penny + silver quarter of your choice, either a 1932 Washington, a standing liberty quarter, or a barber quarter

751-1000 silver dime, silver quarter, Indian head penny and a proof nickel.

Over 3500 a very rare 2 cent piece! First coin to ever have the words "in god we trust" on it

over 4750 a SEATED LIBERTY QUARTER! (first time one has been offered on listia, to my knowledge)

over 6500 your choice of the 2 cent piece or the seated liberty quarter PLUS a SUPER RARE 1857 flying eagle penny. Penny does have slight damage to it, but all letters are visiable, they only made these pennies for 3 years, and are hard to find and expensive to buy in ANY condition

if it reaches over 9500 I will add one more item to the 6500 credit deal. A SUPER RARE 1863 fractional currency PAPER 10 Cent note! That's right! A paper note that was made due to metal shortages, from the act of march 3, 1863. Not very many of these are in existance. Paper currency doesn't have a long life span. This is the only one I have, and I paid more than $30 ten years ago.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to suggest coins that you would like to see in the auction, let me know. I'm always updating my auctions and a lot of the times I add bonus stuff after the bidding starts! So feel free to ask me anything you'd like to know about this auction!
Thanks for looking, all proceeds will go to help me win more toys for needy children this year!

Good Luck and have fun!

If you win and the price is in the 500 credit range, you may substitute for any of the coins below the 500 credit mark. Or if you win a higher level and wish to have coins from a lower level, let me know and I'll see if we can work something out!

If anyone has interest in a complete set of all the coins made in 1900, I have that year set it it's entireity. Every coin from the Morgan dollar down to the indian head penny all sealed in one long plastic case. It took me a long time to put the set together and if someone is interested, let me know, I also have many other complete year sets, so if you're looking for one let me know, and if I need the credits I just might list them. They are easily worth 5000+ each.

well there are too many coins to take photos of, plus, my camera is crap. it took me 15 minutes to take 2 pictures for each of my indian head penny auctions. if you have a specific question about a coin , i can take a picture of it and send it to you. there were just too many coins to take pictures of and i didnt have the time to take pictures of them all. my camera takes fuzzy pictures of coins and you cant really see the detail so it doesnt help the auction very much.

the types are nice , but without any judge of condition or possible damage it's really had to buy into your auctions... Just saying. I use a cheap 20$ camera with macro focus and it takes amazing photos.
all those coins have been listed except the 2 cent piece the fractional currency and the flying eagle. I still don't trust listia enough to sell stuff like that.
the flying eagle small cent is my favorite coin i personally own the complete set minus the 1856. not willing to throw down 10 grand on that yet.

Send my your email address to jaycfunnyman@gmail.com and list the things you want pictures of and I'll send them to you. There are so many possible coins in this auction, it's hard to photo everyone. I'll borrow a camera and make sure you can see exactly what you're bidding on. I stride to make every customer happy and will do whatever it takes so you can see the items you would like a closer look at. I normally don't list my email, but I think you're a serious bidder and I'll do what it takes to make you happy. Just let me know what coins you'd like photographed, and I'll have them to you in a few days. Thanks for your interest .

It's hard to buy into an auction with pictures, I understand that, but there's over 16 coins that are possibly available in this auction. That's 32 pictures when you factor in both sides. If anyone wants to see a picture of a particular item, send me a messsage and I can email it to you. The pictures aren't here because the coins are terrible, you just can't post that many pictures with good quality with the camera I have. Plus it's a grab bag auction, it wouldn't be as fun if you know what was in it!

I hope Sir that you can win a beautiful camera here on Listia next time so that you can take pictures of your auction. (^-^)

I have a camera, it just takes bad pictures. I've tried changing every option, but I only get about 1 decent picture for every 20 taken. The camera is a 12megapixil, so it picks up the slightest movement, even when standing alone. I think I need a cheap 2megapixil camera to take better pictures. But if you have any questions about the conditions of certain coins, let me know. I'm fair and always honest when describing my coins. I will inform you of any defect, or mark on any coin you wish. Since someone has already bid on this, I can add any pictures, so just email me at jaycfunnyman@gmail.com and I'll send you a picture of whatever item you wish, I'll try to take good pictures for you:) thanks for your interest and good luck.

Silver dime (100-200) credits can be a 1946 Roosevelt, that's the first year of production. winner Can request something different, and if I have it, and it's worth about the same they may choose the other one.

I just came across an 1853 silver 3cent piece. If the winning bidder bids over 10,000, we can talk about exchanging it for the ten cent paper currency note. Or substitute it for other coins. I will discuss all the options with the winner, but I thought I'd just add that little bit of info to the auction.

Remove the 3 cent piece from the bonus deal, someone (sister) took it and said wow this is thin, and actually bent it 10degrees. It went from a $50 coin to $1.25 in silver. So no 3 cent piece bonus, sorry. I can substitute a proof Washington quarter, worth about $25 instead of the 3 cent piece if the winner likes and the credits are high enough of course:)

Is there anything different to add between the 1000-3500 range?

Yes, the quailty of the coins you will receive. Since it's just barely over the 750 mark, the coins won't be half as good as if it were closer to 2000. I'm always willing to negotiate if I think the deal is fair, so if you win the auction for under 3500 credits, but pretty close to 3500, I'll make sure the coins you receive reflect the credits spent. Of course this is done at my discretion and is not any type of guarantee for thus auction. Just that if you bid high and don't hit the 3500 mark, the coins will be better than if you bid 800. Thanks for your interest! Great question.
