This is an Italian Chronometer with a pink band and transparent case. It says for gentleman, but it's pink, so I'm sure if it fits your wrist and you like big watches, it's fine.

Very stylish. It looks completely brand new with no scratches on the case, however the watch instructions look like they have been through the wash. Keeps perfect time now after 2 months or so. It retails for $700 but can be had on Ebay for $125:
