This is a brand new Elastic headband without a tag. It has a gray flower on it. On the flower itself is a clear jewel surrounded by a chain.

It wouldn't, it's more for adult fit because the size of the elastic band.

Hi. I'm not sure, but i hope this helps. I measured the band itself unstretched with a clothing tape measure, and the band measures to 17 and 1/4 inches. To find out if this would fit the baby, you would have to measure around the baby head from the top of the hairline to where it would sit at the bottom of the baby's head.

it prob wouldn't fit a 9 months old barely cause my daughters head is exactly 17' lol prob a little big for a baby
