mrsaturn98 Sorry to say that something small like this costs so much to ship, but the price hike messed a lot of stuff up!! I use both Stamps.com and PayPal shipping for the best cost...AND right now I can't afford free shipping...Even 1.50 for shipping is a good deal. Thanks for your concern...
