no sure if you can use this with mac. you can google it but we used it on our dell inspiron laptop and PC.

yes it can. what do you mean by key of authenticity? i suggest googleing as i dont' know too much about this product. my husband used it without any trouble and it's still in perfect condition.

Once a Dragon is used it can not be programmed into another computer without purchasing a key from Nuance. Also does not work with Mac. I know, I also bought one.

COA is the "Key Number" on the bacl of the box or it mean it might be inside or on the end but it is abotu a 16 digit number and is called the Key Of Authenticy. Im not sure why this would be able to be used again because what happens if your computer were to brak? You have the program and can put it on any comuter. Check with Nuance to be sure and if not..how much is the key?

hmmm.... well the computer that it was loaded on is gone....meaning trashed cuz it was messed up. and i think my husband had just loaded it and when it came up, he trained it. and that was the end of it. i'm really dumb founded when it comes to these kind of thing. i suck in computer :(. i think the key is for 99.99.
