However they could also be the 1894-95 unwatermarked variety. In one case the two stamps are valued at $85.00 and in the other case the value is $7.00. But then the three Queen Victoria penny stamps on the same cover are nice. So nice that if the cover was in pristine shape it would be highly desirable.
