198 something,i put a good dime over the error dime and if you look to the left you can see the extra diameter of the coin

No I don't think so,or it would be completely flat,it's egged shape,but not railroad egg shape,can't really figure it out,usually i can,it's not bent,outer rim great shape,not vise press either,the whole coin is half as thick as a regular dime

I just looked at the back of the coin,and if you look where the American of america just realized this coin is off set,you can see more space between the outer rim and letters

And I think it could've been a bad planchette,pretty thin,then got whizzed heavy,it really is a interesting coin
