Is that how it stays in the nose? With a ball? Is that like a clip backing for a regular pierced ear?

The ball is to help hold it in and it's a good idea to have some plastic backing if it won't stay in with just the ball. It is stationary, you have to just push it through. 22G is the smallest one available. Sorry for the late reply. I do list them a lot. Thank you very much.
