This is a previously-owned, locked samsung galaxy s7. i powers up fine. as shown in pic #3, it needs a new back panel.

if you do not have the capability to unlock cell phones on at&t plans, do not bid. you will be severely disappointed.

You do know that Listia will refund the winners credits if your not truthful about this phone. You need to answer all questions, by refusing to answer questions, and the winner gets a non working phone your liable for a negative feedback, and their credits being returned. Just thought I'd point that out to you. Since the only information you have given so far is that it powers on leading us to its fully functional except it is locked to AT&T, is that correct?

When you say it is "locked" ... does that mean it is Carrier Locked to AT&T (can only be used on AT&T), or is it locked because it was not paid off or is it google account locked? Thanks in advance for your time.

Look on the back of the phone under the battery it should say IMEI. That's how you get the IMEI #.
