Hi and welcome! Up for free is this thank you card with signatures of president Jimmy Carter and his wife also. It had this photo inside as well. It has a slight crinkle or bend in one corner of thank you card. Photos show it. I took front and back photos of picture and card. I also show where it appears that maybe the writing is coming off on top inside cover. I have no clue if signatures are authentic or a reprint but its a nice piece of presidental memorbilia!
