This is a black berry torch which has the touch screen and key board and slides up. This includes the charger for it as well, along with a mirror screen protector. This phone has some normal wear and tear knicks nothing big. This is a great phone nothing wrong with it, I just upgraded to the iphone. Set up for At&t but you can find a way to unlock it on-line cheap. If any questions feel free to ask.

oh i will have to look at the number and give it to u but no there is nothing owned on the phone but this phone does not come with a contract i switched companies so this phone is no active till a sim card is put on it
