The Magic Hanky. This is for a newborn boy or girl, a coming home or Christening Day bonnet. It's made out of an old fashioned hanky when back in the day women still carried such things instead of tissues and when handmade gifts were prized.. It has satin bows and comes with prose that calls it "The Magic Hanky". The script explains how the baby can wear it home from the hospital and then be transformed back into a Wedding Hanky on their wedding day, either for the bride or groom to give to his bride. Quaint collectible or Baby Shower gift. Excellent condition for being kept packed safely since the 40's. This has the original red box and white tissue paper it came in if you want it for collectable purposes. The white tissue paper is not as pristine white as the bonnet but it is still intact. The red box shows a bit of age but did keep the bonnet in excellent condition through the years so yaaaay!
