The coupon is printed in French, but it's written on it "Only valid in Canada", so it should be valid outside Quebec, unless some stores only accept coupons in English...

The RCSS by my house was trying to tell me they do not accept French coupons, but it is an official launguage, it is illigal for them to not accept it just for being in french
