The Lords Prayer on a USA Penny/ one cent copper coin. These items were usually found to be made "To Oder" at State Fairs, Amusement Parks etc, what we would do is insert a penny into a very complicated looking machine and turn a crank which would...through a system of gears squash the poor Lincoln cent and ELONGATE it into what you see here.....this has the beautiful Lords Prayer on it others might have an image or other saying or poem for sweethearts etc :)
Item is about 2x the size of a one cent piece and may be cleaned with noxon or other Copper Cleaner to bring it back to its original lustre!

The back is simply smooth as it has been "Pressed" by the gears of the machine I described here
