This is the skirt I think is being overlooked....it is a very full skirt but hangs straight, not flared. This is probably my favorite skirt also Dee.

This skirt has no give in the waist and of all the skirts, fits true to size. I'm a size 4 and it was baggy on me so I would think a size 6/8 would be perfect. I'm a horrible judge b/c I wear my clothes loose and baggy. Jessie, that skirt would swallow you up at size 3 and 5" you would have way to much length. I'm 5"8' and it is long on me, which is part of it's appeal. One thing I loved about it was the length on my long legged frame.
