Since summer feels like it's already here, I'm offering up a book of recipes for frozen deserts. Gelato recipes take up most of the book but gelato recipes like Tiramisu Gelato, Pineapple Rum and Coconut Gelato, and Passion-fruit Grand Marnier Gelato. Sorbets seem a little standard. There is a Melon sorbet and a orange sorbet but there is a Apple Brandy Sorbet. Finally, there is a recipe for a kulfi which the book says is a frozen, condensed milk desert like a frozen custard.
