If you're in zones 5 through 9, yes, the Shasta daisies will come back every year. Easy to grow and very hardy. You almost have to do nothing at all to grow them. Keep the wilted blooms plucked off and you will see even more blooms throughout the season. This is a great plant for any gardening skill level. :) Good luck!
