How long and wide are the strips in inches? Is it the same as velcro if not what is "velcro like"? Thanks.

Thanks, sorry that info wasn't in there... they are 6&1/2 inch long and 3/4 inch wide. You can also connect them to make a longer strap as the velcro is pretty Sturdy. I had to say 'velcro-like' because of the Brand Name being copyrighted.. these are not velcro Brand, just a same product by another maker. Thanks so much for your interest!! :)
