I have the instruction book but no charts. I have lost 25 lbs in the last yr but what part the belt played I don't know. I messed up the pads on the back and quit using it. With new pads it will probably help but you probably need to be more consistent using it than I was.

yes I love these, I sold mine because I couldnt use it anymore but I use my hubbys identical to this, I lose 1 inch per week around my mid section using the contour ab belt,so I can testify to what it does! I still have the order card so I can order the gel replacement pads for the belt,no biggie. I love how intense or how light you can go with these belts as they can go anywhere from light workouts for recovering from an injury all the way up to major strength training. good luck I may just have outbid myself talking about it lol

I don't know why the gel packs cost. But some malls have stores the sell these products without the membership thing, I think. As my grandson is always telling me., you can google it. Sorry.
