FREE: Unique possibly vintage neck piece

I am not sure what to call this, i remember back in the day many women would get these colar type things to accent the neck and shoulder area or to dress up a blouse or make it look like a blouse under a low cut sweater or top. This is black sheer with silver tone beads and glitter type embelleshments,, to me it looks hand made and is a bit delicate the pattern on front is also the same on back side as well. As you can see i draped over a lamp so you could get an idea but hey who is to say you couldn't do that too, or even if someone has a small girl could possibly be made into a tou-tou or costume.

If your not serious please don't bid as credits will not be refunded if you change your mind. I try and get the items out as quick as possible and communicate all i can to ensure the bidder knows their item is coming. Please allow adequate time, as it can take up to two weeks to reach some destinations in the states and i have had the odd one take a week and a half just in canada.
