Found this comment about the wording on Pepsi Bottles:

"Since the age of a Pepsi bottle cannot be found on the bottle itself you will have to do some investigating. Here are a few tips that may help: 1. If it says "Pepsi Cola" it was made before 1953 (after that they just labeled it "Pepsi"). 2. Reproduction bottles have a paper label vs. antique bottle's labels which are blown directly into the glass. 3. True antique Pepsi bottles are made out of a very dark glass. 4. The necks on true antique Pepsi bottles are small than bottles made today. 6. If it is a "Diet Pepsi" bottle it was made after 1983 since Diet Pepsi was not introduced into the market until 1983."

Like many things on the internet, it may not be accurate. Does anyone know?
