Up for grabs are some Helichrysum seeds. These are known by quite a few names such as Everlasting, Strawflower. I always knew them as Strawflowers. These are really pretty flowers that are excellent for drying. They keep their color and shape very well.Plant in average soil in a sunny location after frost danger or start indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost.
Plant 1/4" deep and keep moist. Thin when the seedlings are 2 inches, with 12 inches in between plants.
To dry, cut before the centers are fully opened. Remove foliage and hang upside down.
