I feel comfortable mailing things flat rate when people do not receive their things with in a certain time they want their credits back so I need to take extra steps to protect my self. Sorry the shipping price has to stay.

I do not blame you on knowing when & where the items are & if they were delivered. I was to receive a package & it says it was delivered but I am having a hard time finding out what I should do going forward. Post office is not much help on it. I think for you item & everything that it is a buy!! ~..~
