This is a craft cotton fabric panel called "Starry Night" for making a child's hat and matching vest in size 6, 8, 10, or 12. This pre-printed fabric has instructions and pieces ready to cut and sew together into a cute ensemble for a child. This fabric panel is about a yard by 45" and has not bee pre-washed. It is completely new and has been stored in my smoke-free home. I never got around to making it, but I just love the little button print on this fabric! US shipping is FREE!
