This torch could be used for signaling if lost or direct traffic as it is kinda like a light wand. I used to be a parking lot attendant at a large church and used this very light. Works well

When the halves are screwed together it is about a foot long. The batteries are special 1.5 volt LR1 batteries and theres three of them. Hope that helps!!
