I am not an coin expert, so I'm going to describe this error to the best of my ability!

This 1972 Lincoln Cent Penny seems to me to be pushed into the metal extra far. It is slightly off centered and has a smaller border to the right side. Aside from all this, the most notable error I found was the fact that it has sort of a stepped border on the left side. Its almost like two tiers. If you run your finger along the left border you can actually feel two borders. Under magnification you can see the two steps that I am talking about. I did my best to try and take a picture of this.

Please help me identify this in the comments if you know more about it!
