I only take PayPal for shipping, it helps me to have that link to easily ship with your return address, as I also sell on the internet and this saves me a ton of time! I only charge exact shipping for your shipment. It will be $1.73. I send it in a bubble wrapped envelope with tracking to insure delivery. I also understand and have received mixed reviews on charging for shipping, it is a nominal charge for a free item yet if you want to bid and don't want to pay I can also offer free shipping in an envelope with no tracking. I have never had a domestic shipping problem with this; we are taking a small chance however.
