They have to send the oem & key code if it is brand new sometimes the key is in the disk it self that`s why they can`t send you anything on it & XP only came out from 2000 to 2002 ok

That is incorrect. I no longer take advice from folks here at Listia as I have received bad and incorrect advice from members in the past.

There will be no key given with the OS.

since it is OEM software which windows is oem you can send the key with the software. you need to re-read the rules.
