If you would like to keep this at a manageable height, I would top it at 10-12 feet. I've also heard of people using them in bonsai.

You will receive 4 seeds. You will need to soak these seeds for 24 hours before planting. They need to swell up, if they don't, nick the skin of the seed and soak 24 more hours.

These can be started indoors and transplanted outside after all danger of frost is past.These need to be monitored the first few winters so that they don't freeze, but usually do fine after that.
