It helps if you have lots of credits but basically you watch to see how many people are watching, or how many bids there are but usually like any auction, you just keep putting you credit points up for bid and if someone out bids you can either immediately put up higher credits or you can keep a close eye on the end of auction and try in the last few minutes to raise it as high as your comfortable.
