This is a new with tags spring romper set by Disney Baby in size 6/9M. My baby outgrew it before it got warm enough outside for her to wear it.

The onesie is light cream-colored with tiny pink polka dots, and it has three snaps leading up to the neckline in the front, and of course three snaps for diaper changing at the bottom. The overall-style dress is detailed in colored thread and fabric, and all four of the metal rivets are stamped "Disney" twice. The back of the dress has real pockets, while the front pockets are just ornamental. Also, those are belt loops you see ;pictured, although this set did not come with a belt.
