getting a new disk drive is pointless unless you A. know how to flash your xbox, or B. mechanical enough to swap out lasers from a simular drive (has to be exact same type of drive) or C. swap out control chips from the drive. EVERY DRIVE IS UNIQUE TO EACH XBOX, attempting to replace a drive without flashing will result in XBOX LIVE BAN for modding.
