Please understand that if you offer free shipping it has to be unconditional. Otherwise you state split cost shipping, and state what level it must reach for free shipping.

To state that you are splitting the cost, find out the cost and change the shipping to flat rate with the amount. Also put in the description the amount of credits needed to reach the free shipping. I believe you can change this even after bids have been made, but I'm not positive.

Where in NY do you live, it's not exactly a small state....

Not to upset you or anything......but once you say free shipping.....you cannot alter it and say split the cost and stuff.....when you list an item and you say free shipping, it shows(listia), that free shipping is unconditional!!!!!!...So you then cannot add conditions.....If you will comply, I will bid and bid high!...ok....thanks!!!!!

Not at all. If you read what I wrote I said if the bid is high then it will be worth free shipping. However, when I created the add I put exat and somebody else told me that is better to put it free or split the shipping. I do what is fair. So I will do the free shipping to make everybody feel comfortable. Best luck for everyone.
