The listing, Box full of Hand Dyed Spinning Fiber - almost 2 lbs! has ended.
I've been spring cleaning my fiber and here's what I decided I can part with: a medium flatrate box full of beautiful hand dyed batts. The pic of the fiber thrown into the box is just for show, of course! It will be carefully wrapped and protected, as customary for my auctions.
Except for the black/blue braid in the first and last pic, it's all from Tactile Fiber Arts, dyed with natural dyestuff.
Most have lost the stickers with info about what fiber it is and what they dyed it with, but you know it's all quality, prepared and dyed in small batches.
The gorgeous red one in pics #1, #2, #4, #13 , #18, and #19 is Wensleydale Longwool dyed with madder. I almost kept this for myself!! But then the box wouldn't be full and.... well, Happy (Belated) Easter to the winner! ;-)
The elegant one in various shades of grey in pics #3, #5, #7, and # 10 is superfine alpaca.
There are usually 4 oz in a package, exept for the silk cap dyed with birch in pics # 3, #6, and #9, that's only 0.8 oz.
From my smoke free and pet free home,
a 9 day auction so y'all have a little time to earn credits! ;-)
