I generally try to offer free shipping as often as possible. Since I am living on Social Security Disability I m not always able to do so, considering I often have to buy mailing supplies as well. (Yay recycling!) So, I apologize if there is a shipping fee, I try to charge only part of the actual cost. I generally ship regular postal service, but if the item is valuable I will send it priority mail with delivery confirmation.
