This is a beautifully handcrafted (by me) White Sage Smudge Stick. I believe in the power of cleansing and plants hold its own spirit to do so in healing, protection, and cleansing.

Smudging involves the burning of herbs that are bundled. Plants used in the making of this Smudge Stick is White Sage, which is known for its cleansing and protective properties, Lavender, which is calming and Rose petals which enhances calming, negative energy clearing and love.
The stick is wrapped in cotton and hemp cord. It holds a small blue bead and mini abalone sea shell as an embellishment at the bottom of the stick.
